Early years and childcare

You can claim any funded hours at this setting between the hours of 9am and 3pm term time only (38 weeks). Any sessions outside these hours and during non term time are charged at our hourly rate (please see Fees and sessions info for details).

If you are eligible for funded hours, you will be required to complete a parental declaration form or re-sign for every term in the academic year indicating your claim. We will provide you with your declaration form on a termly basis. If your child attends another setting you are still able to split your vouchers between two settings.

Government funding is not intended to cover food, other consumables and additional hours or additional services. The Hollies has set a charge of £3 per day attended to cover these extra costs (Food, milk and sun cream). The charge is voluntary however there will be an expectation that all said items will be supplied by parents if you decide to opt out of this. If you decide to provide these items yourself then please advise the setting at the start of the academic year. Please speak to us confidentially if in an environment of hardship.

It is important to remember that 30-hour eligibility codes must be reconfirmed periodically via Childcare Choices.
